The technology
principal of the initial chamber is gasification/pyrolysis.
The incinerator consists of 5 stage waste gasification
process. The waste will be loaded into the
primary chamber with a batch loading system.
The waste is then push forward by internal
hydraulic rams into and through the 5 stage
process plant. Primary combustion air is introduced
at this stage via several air inlet ports for
the primary “combustion” to take
place in the 3rd, 4th and 5th stage. By controlling
the quantity of air the balance between pyrolysis
and gasification is established in such a way
that the processes are self-retaining without
additional external energy provision. Besides
these air-ducts, steam-injection tubes are
mounted to ensure a better burnout of the ashes.
This technology is selected as this burning
process gives lowest emission in ashes.
