CREMATION FURNACE |

|
| |
 |
This cremator incorporates full automatic
control including that of flue gas emissions.
It is built to meet emission regulations laid
out by European Union and that of World Health
Organisation. The cremator operates on natural
gas, LP gas or diesel oil and employs the proven
two chambers design for clean discharge and
reliable operation. CMTS has concentrated on
providing a simplified control interface requiring
no special operator skills. This heavy duty
cremator has a 70 to 90 minute cycle, depending
on case types and offers up to six cremations
per 10 hour day, whilst maintaining clean emissions
throughout each cycle. A negative pressure
primary chamber ensure that burning operations
are fume free and heat is drawn away from the
door. The aesthetically designed exterior has
an easily cleaned stainless steel decorative
finish.
Microprocessor
Controlled
The Microprocessor based control system is
simple to use, uncomplicated, and requires
no special level of operator skill. It features
a fully automatic mode with a standard cycle
time of 70 minutes as well as a manual over-ride
mode that prolongs the burning operation for
complete cremation of oversized cadavers. An
optional PLC (Programmable Logic Control) panel
can also be supplied in lieu of the mircroprocessor
based system. This control panel incorporates
indicator light display that advises operators
of the cremation cycle status and any fault
information. This display may be extended to
a remote or central control centre. |

 |
Historical record
of PLC functions including fault recognitions. |
 |
Ability to report
events, store real-time data for later
analysis and to provide printouts. |
 |
An on-screen schematic
showing cremator operation dynamically

The CMTS Cremation
Furnace:
Single Package Design for Fast Installation Being
a single package, the CMTS Cremation Furnace is
ideally suited for 'through the roof' installation,
or it may be wheeled into position. |

| No
Separate Fan Room Required
The cremator is supplied with two separate fans
for combustion, secondary air and flue gas ejection
operation. These fans are quiet in operation. With
no fan room, installation is rapid and costs are
reduced.

| Auto Charging Bier
The auto charging bier allows loading at high
temperatures and provides maximum operator safety
from hazards such as radiated heat, flashback and
back strain. The bier, which is mobile, locks onto
the front of the cremator requiring only one operator.
Very rapid charging takes less than 10 seconds.
Charging is hazard free as the operator stands
two metres from the charge door. There is no need
to cool the cremator before loading. The automatic
coffin charger complements the advances in cremator
design and environmental demands.
Transfer Trolley
Versatile and flexible. The CMTS transfer trolley
can be used to silently transfer caskets throughout
the facility. It adjusts easily and quickly to
varying heights by battery power and can be used,
complete with remote control.
Construction is of light weight, satin finish,
stainless stell, providing a durable finish that
is easily cleaned. |
