The CMTS-VSI organization is characterized by its highly flexible, client centered approach, aiming for quality and reliability. CMTS-VSI is functionally organized according to its three main departments:
Engineering, Manufacturing and Maintenance.
Each department is able to execute independently assignments and projects. The departments work closely together when projects require a broader approach. CMTS-VSI can take care of complete projects, from concept to realization and after sales services. The CMTS-VSI group houses necessary all know how and experience.

Engineering
Based in Selangor, Malaysia, and Druten the Netherlands the Engineering department carries out all stages of complete projects. Engineering offers all services ranging from consultancy, conceptual and detailed engineering, specifications, calculations, up to project planning, management, coordination and turn key hand over.

Manufacturing
The CMTS-VSI Group has at its manufacturing office in Johore, Malaysia, and Lienden the Netherlands comprehensive and modern manufacturing facilities for a range of production technologies. The Manufacturing department fabricates CMTS-VSI's products like Carbon Converters, Furnaces, Incinerators, drum screens, dryers, mixers, general steel constructions and special products. It also manufactures components, machines and complete installations in direct assignment of clients, according to provided drawings and specifications. The skilled professionals of the Manufacturing department stand for quality, reliability and durability

Maintenance
CMTS-VSI's mobile service teams are available on short notice for maintenance and repair of all possible machines and installations. Clients can call in CMTS-VSI's Maintenance services occasionally for single assignments , as well as on the basis of short or long term maintenance contracts. The group specialises in maintenance and repair of incinerators, furnaces, waste sorting equipment, and material handling equipment. The maintenance teams operate from the Netherland branches in Haarlem and Ridderkerk.
